Plans & prices
Prices are in US dollars and converted to the checkout currency at payment time. Only the super admin can edit. Texts starting with @ are translation keys and appear in every language (shown in English here); type plain text instead to use the same words in all languages.
Payments
Checkout is closed: monthly renewals need the Paymob API key and MOTO integration ID in Settings. Ask Paymob to enable a MOTO integration for subscriptions on your account.

Paymob charges renewals by itself; Presently checks Paymob every 6 hours and when Paymob reports a payment, and records each renewal as a paid order with its own invoice.

Discounts & coupons
A coupon has a code the customer types at checkout. An automatic discount has no code and applies to everyone who matches it (a sale). One discount per payment: a valid code wins, otherwise the largest automatic discount (or the referral welcome discount). Because Paymob renews at the first payment’s amount, a discount for one or a few payments is ended by setting the subscription back to the full price after that many payments.

Rewards wait until the payment is past the refund window (Settings → Payments → refund days, 14 by default) and are cancelled if that payment is fully refunded.

Email notifications
Emails the super admins about new users, payments, refunds, cancellations and system problems (server errors, failed AI jobs, Paymob alerts, restarts). For Google Workspace: server smtp.gmail.com, port 465, a mailbox on your domain as user and From, and an app password (needs 2-step verification on that mailbox).
Emails to customers
Sent in each customer’s language, with your logo and the company details from “Company details on invoices”. Replies go to the company email.

Secret fields show only their last 4 characters. Leave a secret empty to keep the saved value. Secrets are stored encrypted. Save first, then Test.

Company details
Used on invoices, in email footers and on the legal pages (Terms, Privacy, Refund policy, About & contact…), in every language. A legal page shows a placeholder only while its field here is empty. Invoice numbers are consecutive: prefix-year-number.
Updates & announcements
Extension versions
Chrome Web Store installs update themselves automatically within a few hours of a new version being approved. Set Latest version after publishing: installed extensions then ask Chrome to fetch the update right away. Set Minimum version to force older copies to show “Please update”.

Shown in the extension popup of every matching user (checked when Chrome starts and every 6 hours), and as a Chrome notification once.
