1. About Presently

Presently is a Chrome extension and web service for Google Meet. It records classes and meetings to your own Google Drive, takes attendance automatically and, if you choose, creates AI notes. It is made for teachers and schools, and for companies, teams and professionals who meet on Google Meet.

3. How to reach us

Support, billing and refunds: support@ai-365.uk. For refunds, the quickest way is Request a refund in Plan & billing in your dashboard (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Privacy and data protection requests (access, correction, deletion and other rights): support@ai-365.uk. Parents and students should usually contact their school first; see our Student Privacy page.

Emails from Presently, such as receipts and renewal reminders, are sent from support@ai-365.uk.

4. Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in the dashboard. This cancels any subscription and deletes your account data, as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, without the link to you as a person. Files in your Google Drive stay with you. To remove Presently's access to your Google account, go to your Google Account, Security, "Third-party apps with account access".

5. Complaints

If you are not happy with how we have handled something, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You may also have the right to complain to your local consumer protection authority (for example, the Consumer Protection Agency in Egypt) or data protection authority (for example, the Personal Data Protection Centre in Egypt, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your local EU supervisory authority).
